Shelby and Courtland have chosen Embassy Suites by Hilton Napa Valley for the host hotel for guests. This hotel is located just a few minutes walk from where Shelby and Courtland will be staying. Group rate and details follow. Transportation to the wedding venue will be coordinated from this hotel.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Napa Valley is conveniently located 10 minutes from wine country in downtown Napa. Uniquely designed with mill pond, home of gorgeous swan families it is complete with outdoor and indoor pools, gym, courtyard, bike rentals, on-site restaurant and complimentary made to order breakfast daily. In the evening stop by the complimentary reception for a celebration drink, drinks and appetizers!

Luxury Suites include two rooms with a choice of either 1 king bed or 2 queen beds, one bathroom and galley kitchen. Each suite includes a pull out sleep sofa in the sitting area, accommodating up to 6 guests with sleep sofa and bedding configurations. Suites include mini fridge, microwave, hairdryer, iron and board, Keurig and premium bath amenities.

    • Add $20.00 per person, per night for each additional adult in room
  • Maximum occupancy – 6 adults
  • 15.25% hotel occupancy tax rate additional (subject to change without notice)
  • Two night minimum stay Oct 7 & 8
  • Suites blocked for arrival October 6 | Departure October 9 
  • Guests may add on up to 3 nights pre to October 6 and/or up to 3 nights post of October 9 at group rate, based on availability
  • Reservations do not require credit card to reserve. Major credit card and identification required at check in. Guest will pay full bill upon check out
  • WI-FI is complimentary to hotel guests
  • Self parking is $20 per car per day – Valet parking not available
  • Check-in time – 4pm – All guests arriving prior to 4pm will be given high priority and will be accommodated as rooms become available.
  • Check-out time – 12 noon – Guests may inquire at front desk day of departure if later check out time can be offered.
  • In the event of an early departure from booked check out date, guest will be charged $85.00 early check out fee
  • Please ensure that you complete your room request via the form below prior to August 29 group cut off date
  • Any room requests after August 29, will be based on availability and best available rate
  • Reservations are requested via fill in form below. Confirmation will be emailed within 48 hours of receipt
