We have rescheduled the wonderful DAVIDTUTERA Experience to March 21, 22 & 23. 2021! Please join us at the stunning Four Seasons Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort for the 4th annual Experience with David Tutera! This page will provide all of the travel related details to attend this amazing event. I am here to assist you with all travel requests. Please email me with any questions. The Experience combines two full days of educational sessions, dynamic speakers, group work, hands on projects and of course three fabulous evening gala events planned by David Tutera. Experience, connection, community and kindness is what you will experience directly with David Tutera. This is a unique experience with a limited number of attendees, that is unlike any other in the industry.
For your reference, a basic agenda follows. Attendees will receive an updated agenda at registration. An info email with style guide will be send to all attendees by beginning of January. Our host hotel is the amazing Four Seasons Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort. This incredible property, within the gates of Walt Disney World, where luxury meets magic. Renowned for it’s AAA Five Diamond awards, quintessentially amazing for weddings and events!

If you joined us in Bermuda, you understand the value and importance of staying at the host hotel, location of the educational experiences and chosen evening events. We have secured a group room block and rate for attendees to fully enjoy this amazing experience and allowing for connection to other attendees before and during the Experience! Please note that the group rate must be booked through the reservations form procedure on this website.
Rooms have 1 king bed plus queen sleep sofa accommodating up to 3 adults. Bathrooms are full marble with tub and shower. Amenities include standard WI-FI, hypoallergenic beddings, thick terry bathrobes, hair dryers, lighted makeup mirrors, in room safe, customizable in room refrigerator and in room expresso machine.
The group room block is for the nights of March 21, 22, 23. 2021. Rooms are Run of House with varied views assigned at check in. Additional nights pre/post are based on availability at time of request. Please be sure to reserve early for pre/post night requests.
Run of house group room rate, deeply discounted from regular hotel rate is $349.00 per night plus 12.5% occupancy tax = $392.63 per night inclusive of tax. A deposit of 2 night room rate is required at time of reservation = $785.26 total deposit required. Balance of charges including taxes and incidentals to be paid at check in. Major credit card is required at check in.
All reservations must be requested via the reservations form. The group rate is not available direct through hotel reservations.
If plans should change, cancelled rooms, in writing to Linda Mitchell, anytime up to 10 days prior to arrival will receive refund of deposit. Any room cancellations within 10 days of arrival forfeit deposit. Hotel is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances that may arise. Please see further on for Travel Insurance info, which is recommended.
Room reservations require a completed room reservations form. Please download and complete. Completed forms must be faxed or emailed to Linda Mitchell for reservations as noted on form. Please ensure that you book your room no later than February 10, 2021.
Please Note: Resort recreation facilities including pools, Explorer Island water park, Kids For All Seasons, and more are available for the exclusive use of our registered Resort guests. Non-Resort guests are welcome to join registered Resort guests at our dining outlets, The Spa or Tranquilo Golf Club only.

Please inquire for flight schedule and fare details. Discounted fares are not available. It is always best to book your flights direct on the airline websites for accuracy and direct access.

Pack items in layers for screening accessibility – Shoes one layer, clothing another layer, electronics on top. Do not tightly pack your carry on bag. If the screener cannot accurately see the items, your bag will be searched. There is TSA preCheck at Orlando International Airport.
International attendees: Please check with consulate for possible Visa requirements. Valid passport is required. There is duty free at the Orlando International Airport.
MCO is 30 minutes by car to hotel.
Super Shuttle offers Shared rides (stop at other hotels), Shared non stop rides (share with other guests to Four Seasons Orlando) and private service. Uber and Lyft are also available at Orlando Airport
Better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it! Unforeseen circumstances do happen! The hotel will not make exceptions for cancel policy. Airlines charge hefty change/cancel policies and unfortunately sometimes luggage gets delayed or lost! Be safe, be protected. Ask me about travel insurance! Email once reservations are made!
